Thanks! My Spanish (and that of the Babelfish) is not good enough to understand the details.

Would this mean that the Spanish government has to oppose tabling the directive as an A-item indefinitely, or does the motion not go that far?

According to a motion in the Netherlands, the Dutch government has to oppose this happening until the Commission decides about the procedure restart.

On thursday it was rumoured that the Directive was on the agenda for the Fisheries meeting on monday (http://wiki.ffii.org/Kuenast050224En), but one day later it was apparently taken off again, mainly due to the Danish.

Vriendelijke groet, Simon Brouwer.
