European Parliament to restart the procedure.

I don't really know, but it seems that the Spanish government
has been requested to write some declaration of principle
against software patents, and invite the other EU governments
to organize a committee to think about this question.
It's just a declaration of intentions. Of course it's a good think, but I 
don't know if it'll go any further.
