likewise for software.


as I see it, no-one but th eorignal author has the right 
to withdraw any intellectual work from circulation simply 
bcos they are too lazy to sell it, or they can't figure 
out a way to make money on it.  once it's published, it's 
published, and if there's no legal way to copy it, fuck it, 
ya do what ya gotta do ...
