talkin' bout sony, i heard a rumor that their new portable cd-players are
modified so that they won't recognize home-made audio-cdr's? any truth?
and about cdr's anyway - what brand empty cdr's you people use? i usually
buy what's available, as long as it's not basf, but during the last 12, 18
months, i've seen that many cdplayers have lots of trouble playing
home-burned cdr's, they are not recognized or they skip, even if they cdr
is burned at 1x speed, and it doesn't seem to matter what cd-writer is
used.
btw, i also heard that sony has gotten into trouble after they used
somebody's music without permission on tv-ad, heard about that?
