My guess (without seeing the CSS source which I can't get to show since
my Windows has messed up the file type associations) is that the feature
you want to use is implemented in CSS2. NS4 doesn't support CSS2, but
IE4 does. NN6 does, too. And all of these support CSS1, naturally.
