I can say it again: it is not taking too much bandwidth: nobody has
complained about that. I did not react to that. I reacted to a
suggestion, related to the upcoming upgrade, about which direction
it should be developed to.
I have let some people already put their mp3:s to gothic. But I hope
everybody understands that I have to keep on eye the band-width
consumption so any large scale music distribution must be implemented
some other way.
*IF* you can distribute them from other site without too much hazzle,
please do so. If you do not have any other place for them, contact me
and we can discuss about it.
Having the web site gives some kind of value add for the MP3:s. Having
them on a FTP server makes this just a download site. Let's not make
too big changes - this is the best way to guarantee that we can keep
the Commie site in gothic. After all, this is an arragement (almost?)
everybody is currently happy with.
