Ooops... I was wrong: The application form says:

Scene.org staff are hereby allowed to use my/our productions
on future publications such as archive collection CDs without
further written agreement so long as they are not for profit.

Well using Commie mp3's on *non-profit* collection cd's is completely ok
with us, isn't it? The best thing is, that giving this right to scene.org is
optional.
So, I'm filling in the application form and sending it right now. I hope
they accept us...
