WTF? Of course it's a joke, cmon. I wouldn't be surprised if BOC was
behind it themselves. For starters, P. Cevallos is certainly not a
"renowned European researcher" nor a doctor. He's just a regular geezer
at the acid jazz list who for some reason thought that BOC's thing with
children could be a sign of paedophilia (which is just silly, of
course), and posted a message on the subject on the mentioned list.. The
people on IDM list thought this was really funny and I think this is
doings of someone from that list, and as I said, I wouldn't be surprised
if it was BOC themselves..
