Right now, our nodes (client, server, OBR, ...) all use hand-crafted, URL based
REST endpoints for communication. Whilst appropriate for some cases, for other
cases we could probably start leveraging OSGi Remote Services. The first part
of this issue is probably to analyze where this would be the case, and then go
from there.
