I think it was related to a missing entry in the `extra` json...

"account": "XX.XXX",
"warehouse": "XXXX",
"database": "XXXX",
"region": "XXXX",
"role": "XXXX",
"schema": "XXXX"
}
```
I was missing `role` and `schema` and now it works. I would expect the error
to be different than saying it's `not defined`.
