I'm seeing a similar issue when trying to run airflow on minikube.
```
$ minikube version

I can reproduce it always with:

$ minikube delete
$ minikube start
$ curl -OL https://github.com/apache/airflow/archive/master.zip
$ unzip master.zip
$ helm dep update airflow-master/chart/
$ helm install airflow ./airflow-master/chart
```
After running for a while, scheduler restarts periodically:
