We'll need ASF Inra to apply labels to three of the runners which we then put in the `runs-on` in the workflow file, else we can't control which jobs go on these T3 (T2 is a gen old now) vs the larger ones - it will be random which runner a job ends up on. We'll also need to change the credential fetch script so that _if_ one of these small runners is down the R5 machines don't yet to use these special runners -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
