I’d probably do something like
`MockHiveServer2Hook(connection_cursor=EmptyMockTableCursor())` instead.
`EmptyMockTableCursor` would inherit from a new `BaseMockHiveServer2Hook` class
that contains common logic refactored out of `MockHiveServer2Hook` (which would
then also inherit from `BaseMockHiveServer2Hook`).
