It is necessary for webserver and worker pods to have the same value of the webserver secret key (#17142). However currently after the chart update webserver and worker pods won't necessarily restart if the key was updated and therefore the key could end up different between the workers/webserver. This PR adds checksums for `webserver-secret-key-secret.yaml` so the worker and webserver pods would always restart in case webserver secret key was changed during update. <!-- Thank you for contributing!
