Airflow Docker image, including the airflow providers, before re-installing
Airflow and just installing a subset of the providers and required Python

I have exactly the same issue when using official docker image
`apache/airflow:2.1.4-python3.7` after turning ON remote logging with
Elasticsearch as logs backend.

When remote logging is turned OFF then issue does not appear.

To me it is also curious that there seems to be an error with MySQL related
library while our Airflow uses Postgres database as backend.
