I have exactly the same issue when using official docker image `apache/airflow:2.1.4-python3.7` after turning ON remote logging with Elasticsearch as logs backend. When remote logging is turned OFF then issue does not appear. To me it is also worrying that there seems to be an error with MySQL related library while our Airflow uses Postgres database as backend. Interestingly in our case workaround with "LD_PRELOAD" helped -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
