Hmm. Maybe there is a way to at least make "airflows" blocking methods
somewhat flagged when this happens ? Or find a way to forbid them when we are
in async context @andrewgodwin ?
If you recall, this is the very case I was afraid it's too easy to "slip
through" and when people start making use more of the deffered operators and
use it in their custom ones which do not pass through watchful eyes of yours
and other committers of Airflow.
