I'm not sure, but it also could be a situation that Anonymous access already
works, by provide `signature_version: "unsigned"` into the [AWS connection
extra
`config_kwargs`](https://airflow.apache.org/docs/apache-airflow-providers-amazon/stable/connections/aws.html#configuring-the-connection).
AFAIK, anonymous access implemented in AWS API / `botocore` / `boto3` just
by no signing requests to API
