[PR] Update provider.yaml: To view Azure Synapse Pipeline Connection type in Airflow UI [airflow]

   This PR intends to update provider.yaml by adding Azure Synapse Pipeline 
connection-type.  This would register Azure Synapse Pipeline as separate
