### Summary
This PR introduces a sample DAG for `ExasolToS3Operator` and adds the
corresponding documentation.
It aims to close **Issue #22632**, which highlighted the lack of an example
DAG and documentation for this operator.
### Changes Introduced
- **New Example DAG:** `example_exasol_to_s3.py`
- Runs a SQL query on Exasol
- Exports data to AWS S3 in CSV format
- **New Documentation:** `exasol_to_s3.rst`
- Explains how `ExasolToS3Operator` works
