I assume this might be due to rework of pre-commit in https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/51725 - I had the same in my PR #51747 and needed to skip checks to be able to push. Interestingly the pre-commit adjusts code and then if you run another time it re-formats it to be compliant. It is an endless loop.
