Remove core dependencies from Task SDK by internalizing hostname and user
detection functions inside task sdk instead of importing from utils.
Task sdk is importing system information functions from `airflow.utils.net`
and `airflow.utils.platform`:
- airflow.utils.net.get_hostname()
- airflow.utils.platform.getuser()
This creates unnecessary coupling between the SDK and Airflow's internal
utilities, making the SDK rely on core.
Alternative approach would be to introduce a new module, maybe:
`airflow.sdk.platform`, I was undecided on which one would be better.
