I have successfully tested all my changes with `Airflow==3.1.0`: #56326 #56540 #56685 I installed the pre-release provider packages and ran some DAGs. They successfully sent asynchronous notifications for Slack and Jira. For Pagerduty, I can confirm that the source code looks good.
