Successfully tested #54207 ✅ 1. Set up: running Jenkins in Docker locally and use the same network as airflow (i.e., breeze_default) 2. Jenkins URL set to `http://localhost:8080/` 3. Create a freestyle project called `generate-merlin-config` and let it accept two parameters following the ones in example DAG 4.
