This PR updates the contributors’ quick start documentation
(`contributing-docs/03_contributors_quick_start.rst`) to include a note for WSL
(Windows Subsystem for Linux) users.
When developing the TypeScript React UI using `breeze start-airflow
--development`, hot reloading may not work as expected under WSL due to file
system event limitations.
The update explains that WSL users should enable polling by setting the
environment variable:
`export CHOKIDAR_USEPOLLING=true`
It also provides an optional example of how this can be added directly to
the dev script in ui/package.json:
`"dev": "CHOKIDAR_USEPOLLING=true vite --port 5173 --strictPort"`
This helps ensure a smooth hot-reloading experience for contributors using
WSL.
