My immediate reaction is, not sure hows its much different than the existing [[dag_processor] disable_bundle_versioning](https://airflow.apache.org/docs/apache-airflow/stable/configurations-ref.html#disable-bundle-versioning) and `disable_bundle_versioning` on Dag.
