CreateCluster system test DAG is passing when using clusterTier and clusterType 
fields. Attached screenshots above. Let me know if any thing else is required 
for merge approval. Thanks!
   
   Can you send the screenshots for the full run? And I think it is more 
convenient to just share what you see in the breeze CLI instead of posting 
screenshots of the UI.
   
   I believe cluster creation success should be sufficient but let the code 
owner decide. 
   
   @shahar1 , can you trigger the CI workflow?
