E2E tests currently navigate to Dag detail pages immediately after the
Airflow services report healthy. However, the dag-processor may not have
finished parsing all example Dags yet.
This results in intermittent 404 "Dag Not Found" errors
## Changes
### Page objects:
Wrap navigation methods with Playwright's `toPass()` to retry the full
navigation + assertion flow until the Dag page is successfully rendered. This
helps handle transient delays in Dag parsing. (2s intervals, 60s timeout)
### Spec beforeAll hooks:
Use `expect.poll()` to verify Dag existence via the API before making
Dag-specific API calls.
