Thank you for contributing!
Please provide above a brief description of the changes made in this pull
request.
Write a good git commit message following this guide:
http://chris.beams.io/posts/git-commit/
Please make sure that your code changes are covered with tests.
And in case of new features or big changes remember to adjust the
documentation.
Feel free to ping (in general) for the review if you do not see reaction for

[Example
run](https://github.com/pinecone-io/python-sdk/commit/3cbe3572896497211d7b373ab84960899f4a20d6#diff-bb805499729709343d9b1cd03010f78addd0d9f8090a99db86c99cd4b44aa9c1R48-R109).
Pinecone client recently added [kwargs
validation](https://github.com/pinecone-io/python-sdk/commit/3cbe3572896497211d7b373ab84960899f4a20d6#diff-bb805499729709343d9b1cd03010f78addd0d9f8090a99db86c99cd4b44aa9c1R109)
and is raising ValueError for unkown kwargs. I believe this is causing test
failures. I can't see project_id ever being accepted as a kwarg, maybe it was
just silently skipped from the start, so I removed it. If anyone is more
familiar with Pinecone, let me know if there is another way to pass project_id,
I could not find any - what I found is that the API_KEY is used to identify the
project, and we already pass that to Pinecone client.
