Review Comment:
   A small suggestion, doesn't affect functionality at all — but might be a
nice little fix in case `PACKAGE` ever needs to grow:

   One tiny cosmetic nit I stumbled on while poking at it: `name_col` only
accounts for
   the mismatched package names, not the `"PACKAGE"` header itself:

   ```python
   name_col = max(len(name) for name in mismatched)
   ```

   If every drifting package name is shorter than "PACKAGE" (7 chars), the
header and
   the data rows fall out of alignment in the printed report, e.g.:

   ```
     PACKAGE  ts-sdk/package.json  ts-sdk/docs/package.json
     a  1.0.0                1.0.1
   ```

   `value_col` right below already folds the header width in
`(max(len(TS_SDK_PACKAGE_JSON), ...))`,
   so mirroring that for `name_col` would fix it:

   ```python
   name_col = max(len("PACKAGE"), *(len(name) for name in mismatched))
   ```

   Totally fine to ignore this one too, though — it doesn't affect how the
check actually works ><
