Fixed `_build_script_args` and `submit_job` now skip the tag/scan on Airflow
3.3+ synchronous runs entirely, since task_state_store is the sole reconnect
mechanism there. Trades away the narrow crash-before-persist safety net in
exchange for never touching argv by default and I accepted that trade since its
a rare, self-healing race vs. an immediate breakage risk for strict-parsing
scripts.
