[~dazza] Hey Darren, when you get a chance, please take a look if my changes
meet your expectations. I transformed all tables to nested bullet list with a
script I created, but the tables of transfer operators are not finished yet. If
you think the changes are ok, I can continue. thanks, also my first PR in this
project
