Verified amazon 9.37.0rc1 for #72622(Support code packages in MWAA
Serverless workflow operators).
Installed the RC from PyPI and exercised both operators against the real API
in ap-northeast-1.
MwaaServerlessCreateWorkflowOperator with code set — CreateWorkflow accepted
it, and GetWorkflow returned it unchanged:

MwaaServerlessUpdateWorkflowOperator with a nested VersionId pinned to a
non-latest S3 object version — UpdateWorkflow passed it through, and
GetWorkflow returned that exact version id rather than the latest one:

WorkflowVersion and CodeSnapshottedAt both changed, so the update took
effect and the service re-snapshotted the code at the pinned version.
Works as expected.
