amazon 9.37.0rc1 includes the fix for #72982's EKS finding (#73455 — `EksDeleteClusterOperator.execute_complete` now checks for status `"deleted"`, matching what `EksDeleteClusterTrigger` actually emits, so the "Cluster deleted successfully." message is logged in deferrable mode).
