Clarifies the `max_db_retries` config description, since it currently implies retry count when it actually reflects total attempts. `tenacity.stop_after_attempt(n)` counts the initial call as attempt 1, so with the current implementation, `max_db_retries=3` results in 3 total attempts (1 initial + 2 retries), not 3 retries as the previous wording implied. This PR only updates the description text in config.yml to say "total attempts" instead of "retried," so it accurately reflects the existing behavior.
