Verified #72472 against the PyPI-installed `apache-airflow-providers-amazon==9.37.0rc1` with Airflow 3.3.2 and Python 3.12.3 on Linux. The focused validation covered the complete configuration path: - `OpenSearchServerlessCollectionActiveSensor` in deferrable mode preserved `region_name`, `verify`, and `botocore_config` when constructing and serializing its trigger. - The trigger retained all three values through serialization and reconstruction. - The reconstructed trigger passed them to `OpenSearchServerlessHook`, including mapping `botocore_config` to the hook’s `config` argument. For comparison, the same validation against `apache-airflow-providers-amazon==9.36.0` reproduced the original problem: all three values were absent from the serialized trigger, and the trigger did not accept those configuration arguments. Both versions were imported from isolated `site-packages` installations rather than a source checkout. AWS API boundaries were mocked; no live AWS account was used. The RC behaves as expected. --- Drafted with assistance from Codex (GPT-5); reviewed by @LE0-Lin before posting. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
