   Thanks for pointing this out. The `403 Forbidden` error happens in the modal 
because `_check_expose_config()` was added to `GET /ui/backends_order` during 
an earlier review, and `[api] expose_config` is `False` by default.
   We can fix this by reading `backends_order` from the existing `/ui/config` 
endpoint instead so it works out of the box without needing 
`expose_config=True`.
