Since #22253 (apache-airflow-providers-cncf-kubernetes 7.14.0), SparkKubernetesOperator adds a unique suffix to the application name by default and deletes the SparkApplication when the task finishes (delete_on_termination=True), so a rerun no longer collides with the previous application.
