I checked the unchecked items against `main`. - `dags clear` has no marker yet. The airflowctl command landed in #68706, and #74384 adds the marker. - `dags report` has no airflowctl equivalent. Like `dags show` and `dags reserialize`, it parses Dag files locally, so I think it belongs in the Admin section above. Two checked items have the marker but no airflowctl command on `main` yet. - `providers get` depends on #68854, which adds the REST endpoint. - `tasks list` was implemented in #70472, which was closed by the open PR limit.
