Verified my changes in `apache-airflow-providers-amazon==9.38.0rc1` for
#73756 and #73881 using the PyPI wheel, with Airflow 3.3.2 / Python 3.12.14 on
Linux ARM64.

   - #73756: S3 Dag bundle initialization and repeated refresh pass with
directory prefixes with/without trailing slashes, sibling-prefix objects, and
objects whose key equals the configured prefix. Checked downloaded contents,
stale-file cleanup, and preservation of excluded remote objects using Moto,
boto3/s3transfer, and the local filesystem.
   - #73881: Plain, empty, Unicode, and malformed-JSON error strings are
returned correctly. JSON-valued errors and successful output retain their
types; malformed success output and service errors still raise. These checks
exercise the operator and hook through botocore's HTTP response parser with
synthetic responses.

All 20 focused checks passed. Running the same checks with provider 9.37.0
in the same environment reproduced 8 failures (4 per fix); reinstalling
9.38.0rc1 restored all 20 passes. `pip check` also passed. Both merged commits
are included in the RC tag, and the relevant wheel sources match that tag.

Scope: these were local package-level checks with simulated AWS responses,
not live AWS/IAM or scheduler/task-runner/XCom end-to-end tests, nor validation
of the whole Amazon provider.
