#74406 works as expected on the databricks 7.22.0 release candidate (with common-compat 1.21.0, live workspace): a deferrable `DatabricksRunNowOperator` with a DB-backed connection now defers and succeeds on Airflow 3.0.6, where 7.21.0 failed with `You cannot use AsyncToSync in the same thread as an async event loop`.
