Review Comment:
`test_outside_predecessor_selects_all_mapped_loop_occurrences` is updated to
have the downstream-only case. The upstream and downstream case is
`test_loop_upstream_and_downstream_scope_excludes_other_map_indexes`: clearing
map index 0 in iteration 1 selects the predecessor and that iteration's gate,
but not map index 1. Both tests use the same Dag through a fixture.
