Verified #73211 in `apache-airflow-providers-amazon==9.38.0rc1` (PyPI) with
Airflow 3.3.2 and Python 3.12:

   - The `AwsTaskLogFetcher` in the RC matches the merged change: `run()` waits
on the stop event and reads the log stream once more after `stop()`.
   - The fetcher's unit tests from `main`, run against the installed RC: 33
passed. On 9.37.0 the two new regression tests fail, as expected.
   - A real ECS Fargate task through `EcsRunTaskOperator`
(`awslogs_fetch_interval` 5 s), whose container writes seven lines, the last
one just before exiting: every line reached the task log exactly once. The race
itself depends on when `stop()` lands, so it is covered by the regression test,
not by this run.
