@ashb @ephraimbuddy saw you both recently touched dagrun.py so tagging you here. This fixes #73428 (the `'dict' object has no attribute 'hex'` error on dagrun). It's been sitting for a while. Happy to rebase on latest main if there's still interest, or close it if this is handled somewhere else.
