Addressed but not exactly as suggested since `TypeAlias` is deprecated, so I
used implicit aliases:
```python
XComModelSelect = Select
UUIDSelect = Select
```
I should say that the duplication happened because I told the AI to do that
- not the best idea in hindsight.
