Review Comment:
Applied in 54c20b8 — the 3.14 line is now open-ended, so 3.15 keeps
resolving a driver instead of installing the provider without one.

Review Comment:
Applied in 54c20b8. That checks out on PyPI: `pyvespa` 1.1.2 through 1.2.8
all declare `requires-python <3.14`, and 1.2.9 widened it to `<3.16` — so 1.2.9
is only needed from 3.14 onwards and 3.11-3.13 stay on their existing
resolution.
