   ### Stack

First PR of the AIP-125 proof-of-concept stack. Stack index: 1 of 20.

A PR from a fork cannot target a fork branch, so each PR in the stack is
based on `main` and contains every commit below it; only the top commit is new.
This PR is the bottom of the stack and holds one commit, "UI: Render asset
events without a source task as plain text".

   ### Status

Draft, part of the stack for [AIP-125 (Inbound
Webhooks)](https://lists.apache.org/thread/p3dpnor4zwko8tldpncj6ftj1bpp18q7),
which is under discussion on dev@ and has not been voted on. This change does
not need the AIP and could be reviewed on its own.

   ### Why

An asset event recorded outside a task has no source Dag, run or task.
Custom callers of `register_asset_change` create such events today, and inbound
webhooks will under AIP-125. The asset event list still built a task link from
those empty fields: an invisible link to `/dags/null/runs/null/tasks/null`
after an empty "Source:" label. It now shows a source only when the event names
a source Dag or carries the API or trigger flag.

   ### What to look at

   - The new condition in `AssetEvent.tsx`. Events from tasks, the REST API and
triggers render as before.
   - Stack PR 17 builds on this to label webhook events.

   ### Testing

   - New case in `AssetEvent.test.tsx`; the vitest suite for
`src/components/Assets` passed on the host.
