### Stack First PR of the AIP-125 proof-of-concept stack. Stack index: 1 of 20. This change does not need the AIP and could be reviewed on its own. ### Why An asset event recorded outside a task has no source Dag, run or task. Custom callers of `register_asset_change` create such events today, and inbound webhooks will under AIP-125. The asset event list still built a task link from those empty fields: an invisible link to `/dags/null/runs/null/tasks/null` after an empty "Source:" label. It now shows a source only when the event names a source Dag or carries the API or trigger flag. ### What to look at - The new condition in `AssetEvent.tsx`.
