Hi, I'd like to work on this issue. The reproduction shared above suggests that tasks using `start_from_trigger=True` may enter the deferred state before the normal pool-capacity checks are applied. I'll investigate the scheduling and pool accounting paths, verify the expected behavior for `include_deferred=True` and `False`, and work on a regression test and fix.
