Correction to the description: the canary failure that prompted this (exit code 137 while cloning `airflow-site`) was not memory pressure from the cdxgen containers. The job carries RunsOn's "EC2 Spot interruption" annotation: AWS reclaimed the spot instance, and RunsOn re-ran the job, which passed. The change itself still stands: `docker run -t` does not forward signals, so the containers did outlive the SBOM step.
